It's more colouful than Spintires.. 5/10, this game is not worth the money, or the time. it is not "true-to-life" at all. 1C should get their Ish together and make a decent game or gtfo. How do you expect us to play an offroad game where you can not go offroading? All you can do is follow the racetrack, that's it. physics are crap, suspension is not realistic by any stretch of the imagination, the sounds of the engines are too similar. Looks like they rebooted one of their old offroad games with fancy graphics. that's the only good thing about the game...the graphics.My advice: go download rigs of rods (for free), if you want an offroading game where you can do some offroading.. Not sure what to say. These guys got the right idea. Nobody to this day has still made a really good intense offroad game for pc that i know of. And im sure if there was it would sell many copies. Please make again but put some effort in this time. This off road drive is glitchy, has poor graphics and hard to see where your going because of the camers setup. But this game still has some kool features like diff lock, four by, winch, tire pressure adjustment ect.. dislikes:more than once the game has deleted my career on its own accord, controls keep resetting to keyboard instead of 360 controller as i set it. hints incorrect they tell you the wrong buttons. Likes: its a good 4x4 sim if only they made it right!!!!!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. 4/5 good game just a few issues with some bugs, wheels getting stuck in logs/rocks and some button mapping problems but apart from that this is a real good off road game. Challenging fast paced and fun, ranging from wading through rivers and swamps to rock climbing steep cliffs the game boasts pretty good physics, not a sim but a fun game non the less.. OK lets go over the pros and cons of Off-Road Drive. In the reveiws I noticed that opinions sway both ways on this game. It seems that the majority of negative reveiws are based on comparing Off-Road Drive to most other 4X4 racing games. Off-Road Drive is not your typical open world style gaming that most other platforms utilize. With that said, I grew up deep in the Rocky Mountains and have a lot of real life experience with professional level 4-Wheel Driving. The dynamics of Off-Road Drive follows Newtons Laws of physics exactly the way it is in real life. If your expecting a fast pace high speed open world off road racing game this is ones not it. Off-Road Drive requires the real life timing of skills which involves the understanding of all the technical functions such as locking Positraction gears, adjusting tire pressure along with using a wench to pull out of tight or steep sections. If your a fan of very realistic simulation style gaming Off-Road Drive is, in my opinion, an awesome game, not to mention the price is very reasonable for what you get!. Exellent ,under-rated game. Very good simulation of off-road competiton racing. Bit of trouble getting it to run initially but once i sorted that everthings good. Is it worth £29.99. Probably not (come on steam,lower the price and let more people enjoy this great game). I got a cheap steam key off ebay and its definately money well spent.8/10 IMO. Initially the game was fun, however, it randomly pauses on me for no reason and it is very annoying. The mouse also moves likes it's inverted if you don't move it fast enough.. I bought this for the simple reason that I want to understand 4x4 driving techniques. I know nothing about it in real life. Just from the tutorial I learnt a lot. It seems pretty good in terms of providing the theory and the concepts behind it all. Obvs there is no comparison to the real thing but for a beginner I found it helpful at the price point. (<AUD$10) I am not interested in the racing competitive side of it though, so other than a few goes round to get the hang of the concepts I am not sure it has much scope beyond that for me. was worth the $ though.
